A Houston man born and raised, Regional Safety Director Paul Ward's passion for getting people home safely is his driving force. Paul attended Sam Houston State University and continued his education by earning various safety certificates, including NCEER, CSST, and CSSS, and he is currently working toward his SHEP certification. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Paul measures his success by his team's well-being, as his genuine care for them drives him to help them grow into well-rounded people and professionals. 

When he isn’t in the office, you can find Paul watching his son play baseball, fishing, or cheering on the Houston Astros.
