As a third-generation leader of RO, Justin is committed to carrying forward his family’s legacy of building a better Texas. Growing up deeply immersed in the construction industry, Justin's lifelong dedication and practiced leadership skills have allowed him to establish RO as Texas’ Premier Builder. 

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University as well as an MBA from Southern Methodist University. An innovative problem-solver by nature, he is passionate about finding new ways to navigate a constantly changing landscape.

A lifelong Texan, Justin is loyal to his home state; he values giving back to the place that raised him through frequent community involvement. Notably, he is an active member of the Lone Star chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), among countless other civic and industry-related organizations.

Justin proudly calls Dallas home along with his wife and two children. As CEO, he is leading RO forward into its bright future, building upon the foundation laid by his grandfather, Pat O'Brien, and his father, Preston McAfee.
