As Project Director for RO projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Marcus McShan oversees and assists project teams to ensure the overall success of the project. A Texas Tech University alumnus, he has applied his degree throughout his nearly two decades in the industry. He cites the people he interacts with on a daily basis as his favorite part of his job.

When is isn’t problem solving on a construction project, McShan enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and kids.
