Data Foundry Houston

Data Foundry Houston’s first-generation buildout covers 27,000 SF of data hall space, where new raised access flooring and a suspended ACT ceiling fit inside the existing shell. The scope includes the associated MEP for required power, air handling, and fire protection, transforming shell space inside a live production data center.

The work covered buyout management for Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire, Telecom, and access flooring, plus coordination of OFCI equipment, controls, and commissioning. Additional scope covered installation of two UPSs and all UPS-to-ATS and switchgear integration wiring in UPS-2B, plus four STSs, eight PDUs, and 10 CRAHs in Pod #1 galleries, along with 80 RPPs in the Pod #1 Data Hall. The team installed, programmed, tested, and commissioned all controls (BAS/BMS/EPMS) infrastructure on site.
