Frio Regional MOB and ER Renovation

This design-build expansion for the Frio Regional Hospital District adds a new two-story, 30,000 SF medical office building with a connecting corridor and central plant upgrades. Renovation work covers a 5,500 SF Physical Therapy Building, a 5,200 SF Emergency Department expansion and fit-out, a 3,670 SF Imaging Center expansion, a 1,730 SF Nursing Support expansion, and a 2,440 SF Surgery Center renovation. Each scope ties into existing services while the hospital remains operational, a balancing act that demands tight phasing and constant coordination with clinical leaders. This project strengthens essential care for the Pearsall community and reflects RO’s roots in delivering design-build healthcare for rural and growing Texas markets.
