A long-vacant office building and surface parking lots made way for Hilltop Plaza, the mixed-use development Rogers-O’Brien delivered to revitalize a key corner of University Park. The project includes an 80,000 SF office building, 27,000 SF of high-end retail, 14,000 SF of restaurant space with outdoor balcony seating, and a 600-space underground parking garage that finally addresses the area’s parking demand. A pedestrian plaza connects the development to nearby Snider Plaza and gives the neighborhood somewhere to slow down. Special attention to privacy and sound transmission keeps the project in harmony with the surrounding residential community, turning the corner into a hub of activity that matches University Park’s pace and feel.
