CoreLogic North Texas Operations Office

CoreLogic’s North Texas headquarters consolidated 1,300 employees from the company’s former Westlake and Richardson locations into a 327,000 SF, four-story tilt-wall office building and parking garage in Cypress Waters. The CoreLogic logo is embedded directly into the façade through a fritted glass technique that integrates color into the glass itself, with no decals or applied stickers. The work earned the ASA North Texas Platinum Award, recognizing excellence in execution, cost management, and the team’s response to challenging site conditions.
