130 Logistics Center

The 130 Logistics Center is a 247,000 SF, two-building industrial development for Lincoln Property Company in Pflugerville, Texas, located along the State Highway 130 freight corridor east of Austin.

Both buildings are ground-up tilt-panel shells, purpose-built for warehouse and distribution tenants. Alliance Architects designed the buildings, and MEP came in as design-build under the same contract so the systems could move in lockstep with the shell instead of waiting on a separate design phase.

From groundbreaking to turnover, the project ran on a compressed eight-month schedule. Both buildings opened ready for tenant finish-out on day one.
