Baylor University Cashion Center Renovation

Baylor University’s Law School revitalization marked Rogers-O’Brien’s first collaboration with the institution. This 34,000 SF renovation across multiple levels addresses every part of the Law School’s infrastructure and functionality.

Key components include general office space renovation to optimize administrative efficiency and staff productivity, careful relocation of high-density book shelving to preserve the Law School’s resources, a refreshed kitchen, security upgrades, new finishes and millwork, and updated MEP/F configurations that modernize the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Premium finishes and bespoke millwork match existing custom designs to maintain the Law School’s prestigious identity.
