RO is the premier builder of the new 19-story student housing project in West Campus of the University of Texas. The Villas on Rio was designed with luxury in mind. Residents enjoy an on-site spa and sauna, a state-of-the-art fitness club, Peloton spin studio, basketball court, and a rooftop pool. When it's time to hit the books, Villas residents will also have access to private, high-tech study rooms. 

The residential high-rise has four levels of parking, a rooftop amenity deck, and 284 units of student apartments totaling 280,461 of rentable square feet. Included in the scope of the project, is the protection and refurbishment of a historic house, Kenney House, which the building was designed tightly around.
