STEP INSIDE THE UNT DINING HALL, EAGLE LANDING

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: STEP INSIDE THE UNT DINING HALL, EAGLE LANDING

BY CAMERON SALTER - Mar 03, 2021

STEP INSIDE THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS DINING HALL, EAGLE LANDING

RO is proud to announce the completion of the new, state-of-the-art dining hall, Eagle Landing, on the University of North Texas (UNT) campus located in Denton, Texas. The 36,000 square-foot facility will seat a minimum of 700 persons, and boasts seven unique serveries in a food-hall style setting. The building includes dining rooms, associated kitchen space, food preparation space, storage, dishwashing and other support areas for a modern facility. The dining hall will create an inviting atmosphere to attract new students, and also introduce an interactive environment that will allow students to customize their dining experience with chef-crafted, made from scratch ingredients.

The University of North Texas has been nationally recognized as a leader in vegan dining on college campuses, and has received an A+ rating for several years. This new facility will further UNT's ability to provide high-end food options to students and faculty, and remain a leader in the student dining industry as the largest self-supported food service department in North Texas.

RO began work on the UNT campus in May of 2019, and has remained on-site throughout construction, to ensure a successful delivery of Eagle Landing.
