A SHRM-SCP and SPHR credential holder, Sarah Rathborne has been with RO for over eight years. As a leader on the RO’s People Services team, she guides and supports RO employees throughout every stage of their careers. To Sarah, the work is about far more than policy and paperwork. It’s connecting with people, solving problems, and helping every employee feel valued for the work they do.

Through that focus, she helps strengthen the culture that makes RO Texas’ Premier Builder.
