From Silos to Skylines: RO is Here to Stay in Waco

NOT JUST HERE FOR A DAY TRIP. WE’RE HERE TO STAY.

Known for its close-knit community, Waco is the kind of place where reputation matters and word travels fast. As newcomers, we knew we’d have to earn our place, so we got to work. So far, we’ve worked with three of the top five clients in the region: Baylor University, TSTC, and Waco ISD. Baylor alone has played a pivotal role in our growth, with two projects completed in 2024, fostering a strong ongoing partnership that cements our presence in the market.

If there’s one moment that truly marked our integration into the Waco community, it was our first trade partner appreciation event. We wanted to bring everyone together, especially the folks who make our projects happen, while showing our commitment to the community. Turns out, the feeling was mutual. People were lined up before the doors even opened, and leaders from across the industry made it a point to be there. It’s not something you usually see around here, but that’s the point. We’re not just passing through, we’re here to build something real, alongside the people who make Waco what it is.

RO teams from neighboring offices played a key role in shaping the success. Alongside Waco’s dedicated Project Director, John Eggeling, leaders like Trey Stewart from Austin brought expertise and helped develop new teams on the ground in Waco. Preconstruction and marketing support from Dallas and Austin, as well as cross-regional business development efforts laid the foundation for what’s shaping up to be a strong regional presence.

Our future in Waco is bright. With a dedicated local team, key client relationships, and a foothold in multiple sectors, we’re becoming a fixture of the community. Here’s to many more years of success in Waco!
