As Project Director, he plays a pivotal role in every stage of a project, working closely with teams to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. Johnathan is proud of RO’s family-like atmosphere and Texas roots, values he believes truly distinguish the company. Passionate about revitalizing communities, he is driven by the desire to make a lasting positive impact on the construction industry. Outside of work, you can find Johnathan spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
