Confidential Tech Client Lab & Office Fit-Out

A 99,000 SF interior fit-out for a confidential tech client in East Austin, spread across three floors. The program combined 66,000 SF of office space with 33,000 SF of lab space, built to support the client’s specialized work.

The lab side carried the technical weight, with higher-capacity power, mechanical, and infrastructure tied directly into the client’s process requirements. The office side provided the team with a modern, day-to-day workspace.

The project was delivered as a Better Builder project, certified by the Austin-based Workers Defense Project. Every worker on site held an OSHA-10 card, every supervisor an OSHA-30, and the job was monitored by an independent third party against living-wage and workplace-safety standards. It’s the same standard we hold ourselves to on every project — this one made it part of the contract.
