Baylor University Mammoth Sculpture Plaza

Three bronze mammoth statues by sculptor Tom Tischler now anchor Baylor University’s Mayborn Museum, set in the new Mammoth Plaza built by Rogers-O’Brien. Added to commemorate the museum’s 20th anniversary, the statues complement the Mayborn’s Mammoth National Monument exhibit and pay homage to Waco’s Pleistocene epoch mammoth history.
