DataBank DFW9 & DFW11 Red Oak

DataBank DFW9 & DFW11 rise as two of the first hyperscale data centers at DataBank’s Red Oak campus south of Dallas. Each two-story facility spans 200,000 SF and delivers 60MW of critical IT power, for a combined 120MW across both sites. Both projects use DataBank’s Universal Data Hall Design and run on HPC-ready infrastructure that supports rear-door heat exchangers and advanced water-to-chip cooling. That cooling flexibility positions tenants to deploy next-generation compute densities as AI and HPC workloads continue to grow. Together, DFW9 and DFW11 mark the next step in scaling high-performance, energy-intensive computing in North Texas.
