DataBank DFW8 Phase I & II

RO and Yates Construction are building DFW9 and DFW11, two of the first hyperscale data centers at DataBank’s Red Oak campus south of Dallas. Each two-story facility spans 200,000 SF and delivers 60MW of critical IT power, for a combined 120MW across both sites. The 292-acre master-planned campus will eventually host eight buildings and 480 MW of total IT load, with Oracle anchoring the first wave.

Both projects feature DataBank’s Universal Data Hall Design and HPC-ready infrastructure capable of supporting rear-door heat exchangers and advanced water-to-chip cooling. DFW9 and DFW11 represent the next step in scaling high-performance, energy-intensive computing in North Texas.
