QTS SAT2 DC1

QTS SAT2 DC1 is a three-level, 335,000 SF data center with structural framing and a precast tilt-up panel exterior. This SCIF build includes three 15 MW data halls, with an initial first-floor build-out of 6 MW. The infrastructure runs on 14 500-ton chillers, 16 60,000 CFM CRAHs, and four 9,000 CFM STS CRAHs. The building sits on roughly 75 acres, with two additional buildings in the master plan that will support rapid, large-scale deployments at 90 MW of critical power capacity.

The second phase added a federal fit-out of a 30,000 SF SCIF at 9 MW. Over seven months, the project team brought online seven generators, seven UPS pods, seven chillers, and 27 CRAH units, plus a future-proof chilled water loop sized for expansion of up to 30 MW.
