QTS DFW 2 DC3 Wilmer is a 560,000 SF, 90 MW hyperscale data center on QTS’s expansive South Dallas (DFW2) campus, serving the rapidly growing Dallas-Fort Worth digital infrastructure market. RO’s scope covers full power distribution and the installation of 1.5 MW blocks of owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) equipment, threading new infrastructure into one of the largest data center deployments in Texas.
