CyrusOne – SAT 8/9

CyrusOne SAT 8 & 9 is a state-of-the-art data center adjacent to the previously completed SAT 5 & 6 campuses, delivering 36 megawatts of critical power across a 277,300 SF, two-story building. Four separate 9-megawatt data halls came online in sequential phases roughly one month apart.

The exterior pairs precast panels, aluminum composite material (ACM), and storefront glazing for a clean, functional facade. Two dedicated generator yards support power redundancy and reliability. Full telecom tenant and security tenant build-outs round out a comprehensive, highly coordinated data center delivery.
