The Village at Mapleshade brings a 92-unit boutique assisted living community to Mapleshade Lane in Plano, one of Texas’s densest and fastest-growing neighborhoods for seniors. PRDG designed the facility for Integral Senior Living, the operator that manages independent living, assisted living, and memory care properties with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident independence. The community serves seniors looking for engagement and balanced living through activities that promote health, growth, and social connection. Amenities include a restaurant, a bistro, a private dining room, a fitness and wellness center, a salon and day spa, a library, a movie theater, and a rooftop patio. The unit mix runs from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, allowing the building to support residents who want full assistance with daily activities alongside those who prefer to keep their independence in a supportive environment.
