Morris Architects designed the building to deliver a full continuum of senior lifestyle and support, including independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s care, and programs for memory and mental acuity. The unit mix offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Common areas include a professionally managed fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a technology center, while dining features a chef-prepared menu with more than 24 daily choices, a casual bistro, and concierge and transportation services. Outside, a garden terrace, private courtyard, and dining patio echo the serenity of the surrounding parkland. More than 67,000 SF of Petersen Aluminum standing-seam roofing wraps the mansards and primary roof planes, a high-craft envelope detail that required custom inlaid gutters, downspouts, and steep-slope safety planning to execute.
