Villas on Rio

Villas on Rio is a 19-story student housing project in the vibrant West Campus of the University of Texas, totaling 280,500 SF of rentable space across 284 student apartments and four levels of resident parking. The project also protects and refurbishes the historic Kenney House, weaving it seamlessly into the building’s design.

Inside, residents find private, high-tech study rooms, an on-site spa and sauna, and a state-of-the-art fitness club with a Peloton spin studio and basketball court. The rooftop amenity deck features an acrylic-edge pool, hot tub, poolside grills, and private hammock cabanas.
