The Continental Residences

The Continental Residences is a 415,500 SF mixed-use development in the heart of downtown San Antonio that pairs historical preservation with modern living. The project team worked around a 19th-century historical home on the property and carefully relocated a second local historical home. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor gym, a dog park, an outdoor elevated pool, and the luxurious Level 16 Sky Lounge, plus two two-level townhome units overlooking the River Walk. The development includes residential, retail, and parking garage space, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.
