Rev Northgate Student Living

Rev Northgate rises 19 stories in College Station as the tallest building in the city, a high-rise designed for the next generation of Texas A&M students. The development pairs a diverse mix of housing options with unique amenities and collaborative features tailored to the way students actually live and gather.

The project marked RO’s fourth collaboration with owner Parallel and architect Rhode Partners, all of which were student housing projects. Early planning was crucial, with Rhode and Parallel sharing the vision and the RO team strategizing how to bring it to life. Budget, material selection, and constructability discussions began at the start of the process, and trade partners joined those sessions early, contributing insights on practicality and pricing from day one.
