300 Main rises 32 stories in the heart of downtown San Antonio as the tallest residential building in the city, holding 354 multi-family units and six levels of above-grade structured parking. Page (now Stantec) designed the tower for developer Weston Urban. The development totals 325,000 net rentable SF and 696,000 total building SF, with 6,300 SF of ground-floor retail and a lobby that showcases custom work from local artists. Two amenity levels offer a resort-style pool, indoor/outdoor fitness center, coworking lounges, a sky lounge, and a dog wash, all just 200 steps from the River Walk and minutes from the city’s tech, dining, and cultural districts.
