Commodore Perry Estate & Perry Mansion Renovation

The Commodore Perry Estate renovation breathed new life into one of Central Austin’s most iconic estates. RO restored the 1920s Perry Mansion, Carriage House, and Chapel, handling every detail of the historic renovation with intention and respect for the original craftsmanship. Beyond the estate, the 10-acre site now includes a new 54-key boutique hotel, a Michelin-selected restaurant, and a serene swimming pool, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. The work earned an Outstanding Construction Award from AGC Austin and a Merit Award from Preservation Austin for Rehabilitation and Cultural Landscape, recognition that honors the past while building for the future.

The Commodore Perry Estate Hotel received two Michelin keys — one of only three hotels in Texas to earn this honor.
