Texas Oncology Cancer Center

Texas Oncology Cancer Center is a 93,400 SF, four-story medical office building paired with a five-story open precast parking garage in the heart of Fort Worth’s Medical District on the Texas Health Methodist Hospital campus. Cambridge Healthcare Properties tapped RO to bring the facility online and unite three Texas Oncology clinics into a single, patient-centered location with comprehensive cancer diagnostic and treatment services under one roof. The building holds four LINAC vaults for radiation therapy, two CT scanners, one PET/CT scanner, and a dedicated infusion space designed for patient comfort. A full lab, pharmacy, supportive care services, and research space round out the program, and the new garage gives patients and families convenient access for every visit.
