Medical Park Tower Renovations

RO transformed Austin’s historic Medical Park Tower into a modern, seven-story medical office building with two below-grade parking levels. Exterior upgrades covered new roofing and facade replacement, a panelized curtain wall system, and an entry canopy for patient drop-off. Interior renovations updated common areas, including the lobby, elevator lobbies, and restrooms.

The building features new, energy-efficient mechanical systems, including a Building Automation System, new VAVs, two large air handlers, and a new chiller system. Sustainable features include indoor and outdoor seating and LED lighting throughout, and the project achieved LEED Gold Certification. RO also handled landscaping, a new retaining wall, and a parking refresh that included signage and monument replacements.
