Medical City McKinney Medical Plaza anchors Healthpeak Properties’ McKinney expansion with five stories and 125,000 SF of medical office space, plus 50,000 SF of tenant interiors completed in parallel so the space was ready to serve on day one. A new parking lot serves the facility, replacing an existing employee lot and creating direct access to the site.

The MOB matches the look and feel of the surrounding campus while standing apart with a design of its own. The building targets LEED Gold standards and offers outpatient services, including imaging, OB-GYN care, and behavioral health, expanding Healthpeak’s reach in the McKinney community.
