The exterior features an array of concrete patterns the team meticulously poured on the tight project site and lifted into place. Inside, an inviting lobby brings together unique art, custom millwork, and a generous grand staircase. LEED Gold certification reflects sustainable enhancements including high-efficiency HVAC and low-VOC interior finishes, and a connecting skywalk bridge ties the building to a 600-car parking garage.
