Parkland Ron J. Anderson M.D. Outpatient Clinic

The Parkland Ron J. Anderson M.D. Outpatient Clinic stands as a 226,000 SF, five-story facility for Parkland Health and Hospital System, completed as a joint venture with JE Dunn Construction. The clinic houses 171 exam rooms and 12 treatment rooms serving Urology, Neurology, ENT, Imaging, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pre-Anesthesia, and Surgical Exam services, supported by multiple MRI, CT, and X-ray suites. Construction also tied an existing second-story pedestrian tunnel into the new building, integrating the clinic into the broader campus.

That same precision shaped a 266,000 SF acute-care hospital that expanded and enhanced an existing medical campus, including a physician’s office building, emergency room, and cancer center. The four-story facility opened with 125 patient beds and shell space for 50 more, supporting future growth without disruption. It houses a dedicated Women’s Pavilion, a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, and full labor, delivery, and recovery services. Advanced cardiac care covers catheterization, electrophysiology, and surgical services, and a state-of-the-art radiology department uses the latest imaging technology to improve diagnostic speed and accuracy.

From inpatient beds to outpatient exam rooms, every detail serves patients with purpose and gives providers the space and technology to deliver better outcomes, faster.
