Houston Methodist Cinco Ranch Comprehensive Care Center is a three-story, 65,600 SF greenfield facility bringing new spaces for healing to the rapidly growing Fort Bend County community. BSA LifeStructures designed the center for Houston Methodist, bringing essential medical departments together under one roof, including Imaging, PT/OT, Same Day Clinic, Lab, Blood Draw, Orthopedics, Specialty Care, and Primary Care. The patient-centered design leverages smart technologies for a streamlined, connected experience, including online pre-visit registration, self-check-in kiosks, and real-time wait-time notifications. The RO team led the work with the Collaborative Project Planning approach, coordinating complex façade and detailing challenges early to minimize RFIs and keep the accelerated schedule on track.
