Harris Health Casa de Amigos Health Center

RO renovated and expanded Harris Health System’s Casa de Amigos Health Center, a single-story clinic serving Houston’s historic Northside neighborhood from a landmark address on North Main Street. PhiloWilke Partnership designed the renovation, which covered 23,000 SF of patient exam rooms and support spaces, plus a 5,000 SF expansion housing a relocated 3,500 SF pharmacy and 1,500 SF of new pediatric and women’s services. The completed clinic offers 68 exam, consult, and treatment rooms along with new lab, pharmacy, optometry, and ultrasound areas, supporting roughly 50,000 patient visits a year. The team finished the entire project while keeping daily clinic operations running, so patients never missed a day of care.
