Austin Regional Clinic Greenlawn

Austin Regional Clinic Greenlawn is a 22,000 SF, two-story interior finish-out at 3207 Greenlawn Boulevard in Round Rock that combines ARC’s first Central Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center with a full specialty clinic floor. The ASC sits on the ground floor and includes three procedure rooms and standardized operating rooms sized at just over 400 SF, a layout choice that maximized floor plan efficiency across the build. The second floor brings together 17 exam rooms, an on-site lab, and radiology services for general surgery, podiatry, ENT, audiology, and orthopedic specialties. Lawrence Group designed the space within a newly constructed spec medical office building, and the project team coordinated closely on healthcare codes, surgical workflow, and patient experience to set the standard for ARC’s future Central Texas ASCs. Limited site improvements include dumpster fences, gates, and pavement markings.
