ARC South Specialty

Rogers-O’Brien delivered the ARC Ben White project for Austin Regional Clinic, a two-story, ground-up medical facility totaling approximately 64,000 square feet in the heart of South Austin. The building combines a Medical Office Building (MOB) with a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) featuring four operating rooms, along with the full complement of clinical support spaces required for outpatient surgical care.

Complementing the clinical program, the facility also houses OLINO Medical Aesthetics by ARC, an award-winning medical and cosmetic dermatology spa offering the latest aesthetic services in a relaxed, upscale environment. This component required a refined, hospitality-inspired finish level that RO delivered alongside the demanding technical requirements of the surrounding surgical and clinical spaces.

Constructed on a three-lot site along the highly trafficked Ben White Boulevard corridor, the project required careful site planning, coordination, and logistics management to accommodate the combined footprint while maintaining safe, efficient operations in a dense urban environment. Delivered under a GMP contract, RO partnered with Austin Regional Clinic and the Lawrence Group to bring the facility from groundbreaking through completion, blending high-acuity surgical construction with elevated, spa-quality interior finishes and reinforcing a long-standing client relationship built across multiple ARC projects throughout Central Texas.
