The Farm Parking Garage serves The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed-use development by JaRyCo at the southeast corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Drive. The public garage offers 410 covered parking spaces and is a key piece of the phase-one infrastructure supporting West Lake Park, the trail system, and the surrounding retail and dining destinations. The structure offers touchless entry, oversized elevators, and intentionally generous open stair runs that nudge residents and visitors to take the stairs as part of everyday wellness. Phase one of the broader Farm development scales toward 142,000 SF of retail, a 150-key hotel, 60,000 SF of restaurants, townhomes, and roughly 2,400 urban residential units, with the parking garage providing the connective tissue that ties the public realm together.
