Life Time Fitness South Lamar brings the brand’s athletic country club concept to The Bouldin, a four-acre mixed-use development at 1301 South Lamar in Austin. Life Time occupies the first two floors of a four-story building and delivers a full-spectrum fitness, recovery, and hospitality experience. The training floor combines cardio, strength, and Olympic lifting platforms with dedicated studios for yoga, Pilates, barre, and small group training. A signature co-ed wet suite anchors the recovery zone with hot tubs, cold plunges, a hammam bench, sauna, and steam rooms. Members can refuel at LifeCafe, the club’s chef-led restaurant with outdoor dining and a full bar, or settle into the co-working lounge between sessions. A Kids Academy serves families with children from three months to 12 years, and an outdoor deck overlooks West Bouldin Creek and downtown Austin.
