These mirror-image, five-story office buildings sit side by side in Billingsley Company’s Cypress Waters development in Coppell. Each building spans 201,000 SF and shares a three-level structured parking garage.

The exterior pairs four levels of tilt-wall construction with a curtainwall on the fifth floor, and balconies wrap around every level to bring in natural light and give tenants direct outdoor access. Both buildings were turned over fully ready for incoming tenants to move in on day one. The program also includes a shared fitness center and conference center, with structured and surface parking serving the campus.

The project continues a long-running partnership with Billingsley Company across the Cypress Waters master plan.
