2999 Olympus

2999 Olympus is a 322,653 SF, 10-story office building in Billingsley Company’s growing Cypress Waters development in North Dallas. A precast panel skin and expansive glass give the building a confident, contemporary presence in one of the area’s most prominent business hubs. An adjacent four-level, 470,867 SF precast parking garage adds 1,534 spaces for tenants and visitors.

Inside, an open foyer welcomes people with LED screens, and sculptural artwork crowns the top floor. A gym and locker rooms serve day-to-day wellness, while a conference facility, courtyard, breakroom, and lounge spaces give tenants room to gather, focus, and reset. RO completed several interior finish-outs to round out a fully integrated environment for the people who use the building every day.
