Rackspace Technology Headquarters

Rackspace Technology’s new San Antonio headquarters spans 90,000 SF across two locations: an 80,000 SF interior finish-out covering four floors of the main building at 19122 US-281, plus a 10,000 SF annex on Dry Creek Way. Designed by Gensler’s San Antonio studio, the fast-track project was completed in roughly seven months under a GMP contract.

The main building houses a customer success center, IT operations area, gym, lobby, wellness rooms, private and open offices, collaborative meeting spaces, and break areas. The annex pairs renovated offices and storage with sealed concrete flooring, new partitions, ceilings, and finishes, along with mechanical and electrical upgrades and a fully sprinklered mailroom with an overhead coiling door.
