717 East Parmer is a 25,500 SF tenant improvement and amenity build-out for a high-profile tech tenant in North Austin. The project transformed white-box office space into a fully outfitted workplace with a secured lobby and entry, offices, a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, a commercial kitchen, a dining area, and a new exterior lounge. Exterior work swapped portions of the existing precast for storefront, opening the building to the surrounding site and softening the boundary between work and outdoor space. The team completed the entire scope on an aggressive 10-week schedule, delivering a turnkey environment ready for the tenant on day one.
