IntelliEPI Phase 2 Addition

IntelliEPI Ridgemont Phase 2 is a ground-up, design-build addition to the client’s compound semiconductor epitaxy wafer manufacturing campus in Allen, Texas. The addition is a 32,500 SF pre-engineered metal building clad in insulated metal panels, sized to give IntelliEPI room to grow without disrupting the campus that’s running today. Inside, 11,000 SF of production space sits alongside 12,000 SF of storage and 9,000 SF of supporting areas. A rear loading dock and dedicated equipment yards round out the program.

Compound semiconductor epitaxy is precise, sensitive work, and the building was designed around it. GSO Architects led the design alongside the RO team to make sure the structure, layout, and infrastructure support the way IntelliEPI’s process actually runs. The project is currently under construction and on track to deliver in 2027.
