Confidential Pharmaceutical Manufacturer

A confidential specialty pharmaceutical client engaged our team for the interior demolition of a 60,000 SF warehouse and the interior build-out of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Along with the renovation of the exterior façade, the project scope included the addition of an 8,000 SF Class 10,000 Clean Room and an additional 20,000 SF of process space to accommodate the manufacturing of a range of patented pharmaceutical products.
