Flex TI Renovations and Additions

This series of renovations and additions to Flex’s 1 million SF custom manufacturing facility on Research Boulevard in Austin was delivered as a single connected program of work.

The scope ran from the front of the building to the back of the loading bays. Inside, the team refurbished the main spine corridor and supporting office spaces and brought a range of building infrastructure up to current operating needs. Outside, a new six-bay loading dock was added to the building to expand inbound and outbound logistics capacity for the campus.

All the work was done around live manufacturing operations. The facility kept running while the renovations moved through it.
