This 275,000 SF ground-up poultry processing complex in Tyler, Texas was built to meet the highest standards in the food and beverage industry. The state-of-the-art facility pairs a poultry processing plant with a dedicated wastewater treatment facility, combining heavy industrial infrastructure with the precision and sanitation demands of large-scale food production.

At full capacity, the plant can process 1.25 million birds per week for retail chill-pack customers, producing roughly 375 million pounds of dressed poultry annually. Beyond its output, the facility is an economic engine for East Texas, employing 1,700 people and supporting 80 contract growers across the region.

The main structure is built from steel and precast concrete, housing multiple receiving, processing, and packaging areas engineered to keep operations moving efficiently from intake to shipment. The tilt-wall and precast construction delivers the durability, speed, and scale a high-volume processing environment requires.
