South Oak Cliff High School Renovation

RO partnered with Dallas ISD to transform South Oak Cliff High School through a major renovation and campus expansion. The project touched nearly every part of the facility, bringing new life to existing spaces and adding key features to support both academics and athletics. The 264,000 SF upgrade includes a 2,000-seat competition gym, an auxiliary gym that doubles as a storm shelter, a new weight room, choir room, science classrooms, and an expanded cafeteria. The team also improved sports fields, upgraded mechanical systems, and replaced aging roofing, all while keeping the focus on long-term performance and student success. This was a full-scale reinvestment in a campus that now meets the needs of its students, staff, and community for years to come.
