UNT Dining Hall

Strategically positioned at the heart of UNT’s residential community in Denton, Eagle Landing provides students with a vibrant, modern gathering place that supports the university’s continued growth and commitment to student life.

Designed as both a culinary destination and a social hub, Eagle Landing features an open, light-filled layout with multiple service venues, commercial kitchen facilities, and flexible seating environments that accommodate everything from quick meals between classes to community events. Thoughtful material selections and contemporary architectural detailing complement the surrounding campus context while establishing a fresh, welcoming identity for the facility.

The project was completed to LEED Silver standards, reflecting UNT’s and Rogers-O’Brien’s shared commitment to sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship. From advanced kitchen systems to high-performance building envelopes, every component was selected to minimize operational impact while maximizing the long-term value of the university’s investment.
