Baylor University Cashion Center Renovation

The fourth floor of Baylor University’s Hankamer Cashion Academic Center has been transformed into a modern clinical simulation and skills facility for the university’s growing health professions programs. The renovation included interior demolition, new and modified interior wall construction, updated finishes throughout, modular wall systems installed by DIRTT Construction Systems, custom millwork, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The renovated floor primarily supports Baylor’s Physician Assistant (PA) program, as well as its Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and other health professions programs, providing students with hands-on environments that mirror real-world clinical settings.
